Use of data

The IDL data are published under a CC BY 4.0 License. In order to use data from the IDL, you must first register as user. You pledge to give full and proper credit to the data source in any publications and agree that you will not try to identify names of individuals based on date of birth and date of death available in the IDL. Data may not be shared with a third party. Once you have registered and agreed to these terms of use, you may download data free of charge. Registered users can please log in first directly to the IDL.
